Short answer: a typical garage cleanout around Pflugerville, Round Rock and Austin costs $225–$450. A one-car garage is often a half to three-quarter trailer ($225–$375). A packed two-car garage is usually a full trailer ($375–$450) and sometimes more.

What makes a garage cost more
- Volume. Packed-to-the-ceiling garages often hold more than the rooms of the house.
- Heavy items. Old freezers, workbenches, gym equipment, engine parts and bags of concrete are heavy.
- Leftover building materials. Tile, pavers and bags of mortar are priced by weight.
- Attic storage. Items from a garage attic take longer to bring down.
