What's included
- Loading from anywhere on the property: upstairs, attic, garage or backyard
- Hauling, plus disposal and recycling fees
- Donation drop-off for usable items
- A sweep-up of the area once it's empty
What changes the price
- Volume: the main factor. Our trailer is 16 feet long, 6.5 feet wide and 4 feet high, and holds about 15 washing machines.
- Weight: heavy materials such as concrete, dirt, tile and roofing fill the trailer by weight before they fill it by space, so we quote them from a photo.
- Difficulty: extensive cleanouts, heavy hoarding situations or very tough access can carry an additional fee. We always tell you before we start.
- Demolition: tearing down a shed or deck adds labor and is quoted per job. See demolition.
How we compare
Published 2026 price guides put Austin-area junk removal at roughly $106–$288 for a typical job, with a quarter truckload around $125–$200 and a full truckload around $590–$785 with national companies (Angi, Austin cost guide). Our full 16-foot trailer runs $375–$450. Bigger jobs are where a local hauler saves you the most.

How much does junk removal cost?
Most jobs fall between $125 (a quarter of our 16-foot trailer) and $450 (a full trailer). Single items are at our base rate. We confirm the price on site before we start.
Do you charge by the hour?
No. We charge by how much trailer space your items fill, so a slow staircase doesn't cost you extra.
Are disposal fees included?
Yes. Loading, hauling, disposal and recycling fees are all included in the load price.
Is there a minimum charge?
We have a base rate for single items and small loads. Call or text and we'll tell you the price for your item.
Do you price furniture and appliances by item or by load?
Mainly by the space they take up in our trailer, with single-item options for a standalone appliance or sofa. You get a straightforward price before we start, with no hidden fees.
