Do you take apart cubicles?

Yes. Panels and worksurfaces come apart on site before loading. Tell us about cubicles when you ask for a quote so we can plan the time.

Can you clear an office after hours or on a weekend?

Our regular hours are Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday mornings. Ask us about your building's move-out window and we'll try to fit it.

Do you recycle old computers and monitors?

Electronics go to e-waste recycling instead of the landfill. Wipe or remove hard drives before pickup.

What makes an office cleanout cost more

Cubicles and modular furniture. Panels, worksurfaces and frames have to come apart before they move. That's labor before loading.
Access. A second floor with no elevator, a long walk from the suite to the loading area, or a building that only allows freight-elevator time slots all add time.
Electronics. Monitors, printers and computers go to e-waste recycling, not the landfill. See our guide to office electronics and data rules.
Heavy items. Fireproof safes, large copiers and steel shelving are heavy and may need extra hands.
Paper. Boxes of files are heavy and fill space quickly. Shred anything confidential before pickup or use a shredding service.

How to keep the bill down

Sell or donate the good stuff first. Newer office chairs and desks sell well. Furniture in decent shape can be donated. We set donation pieces aside and drop them off.
Do it in one trip. One full trailer costs less than two half loads on different days.
Book early in the lease-end window. Landlords often charge for anything left behind after move-out. A planned pickup is cheaper than a rushed one.
Send photos. A few wide shots of each room let us give you a tight price range before we come out.

Hauler vs. dumpster vs. the landlord's crew

A roll-off dumpster means your team does all the lifting, and many office buildings won't allow one in the lot. Some landlords offer to clear a suite and bill the tenant, often at a premium.
